1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for return:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Return Authorization Number (RMA) required before shipping
Non-returnable items:
- Plush toys showing signs of play, wear, or damage
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Personalized or customized toys
- Products with removed safety labels
- Items not in resalable condition
2. Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization

- Include photos showing item condition
- We’ll respond within 2 business days with RMA if approved
Step 2: Package Item
- Pack securely in protective packaging
- Include all original materials and RMA number inside
- Do not write on original packaging

- We’re not responsible for lost returns without tracking
3. Refunds
- Processed within 7-14 business days after receipt and inspection
- Issued to original payment method
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- Return shipping at customer’s expense (unless our error)

- Incorrect items we shipped
- Different styles/sizes (if available)

5. Final Sale Items
“Final Sale” items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
